Tirzepatide is a 39-amino-acid synthetic peptide with a C20 fatty diacid moiety that extends its half-life considerably. It binds both the GIP and GLP-1 receptors, and has become a standard comparator in incretin literature.

This product is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted before use. Let the vial reach room temperature, wipe both septa with an alcohol pad, then add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the cake — peptides are shear sensitive.
Swirl gently until dissolved. Never shake. The solution should be clear and free of particulates.
Store lyophilised at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Reconstituted: refrigerate, use within 30 days.
