Processing

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or statutory holiday, go out the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Delivery times

• Standard Shipping — $15 · 2–5 business days, tracked. Free on orders over $200.
• Xpresspost Priority — $29 · 1–2 business days, tracked, with cold-safe packaging.

We ship within Canada only at this time.

Packaging

Every order goes out in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents. Vials are protected against light and impact. Temperature-sensitive items travel with an insulated liner. Because our products are lyophilised, they remain stable in transit without refrigeration.

Returns

These are sensitive laboratory materials, so we cannot accept returns of opened vials. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or falls short of its stated specification, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full — your choice.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us. We will open a trace with the carrier and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, reship at no cost to you.
