Our products are not drugs, are not approved by Health Canada for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified purchaser using the material for lawful research only.

Yes. Every lot is assayed by an independent laboratory using HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity before it is released. The certificate of analysis for the lot you receive is published on the product page and available from our Lab Results library.

Our release specification is ≥99% purity for peptides and ≥98% for the larger recombinant compounds such as IGF-1 LR3, where that threshold reflects the practical limit of synthesis. If a lot does not meet spec, it does not ship.

Unopened lyophilised vials are stable at 2–8 °C and tolerate room-temperature transit well — lyophilisation is what makes that possible. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at or below 4 °C and use within 30 days. For storage beyond several months, keep lyophilised vials at −20 °C or colder, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Wipe both septa with an alcohol pad. Draw your bacteriostatic water, then let it run slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than jetting it onto the powder — peptides are shear sensitive. Swirl gently until dissolved; never shake. Our Reconstitution Calculator will work out the exact concentration for the volume you add.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Standard shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days, Xpresspost Priority in 1–2. You will receive tracking by email the moment your label is created.

Yes. Everything ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the contents. Vials are protected against light and impact, and temperature-sensitive items travel with an insulated liner.

We currently ship within Canada only. This lets us guarantee transit times and handle customs correctly. If you are outside Canada, contact us and we will let you know when that changes.

We process payments through Zūm Rails, a Canadian payment platform. You can pay by credit card or Interac e-Transfer directly in our checkout. Your payment details are entered in Zūm Rails' secure PCI-compliant window and never touch our servers.

Yes. We never see, store or process card numbers. Payment details are captured inside Zūm Rails' hosted, PCI-DSS-compliant checkout, and we only receive a transaction reference confirming the result.

Because these are sensitive laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. If a product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or falls short of its stated specification, contact us within 14 days with your order number and we will replace it or refund you in full.

If your order has not shipped, email us with your order number and we will amend or cancel it. Once a tracking number has been issued the parcel is with the carrier and we can no longer intercept it.
