Who we are

Viva Peptides is a Canadian business. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

What we collect

• Account and order information — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and order history.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Zūm Rails. We receive a transaction reference and result. We never receive or store card numbers.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
• Marketing preferences — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.

How we use it

To process and ship your orders, provide support, send transactional email about your order, prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send occasional product news.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Zūm Rails), shipping carriers, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

How long we keep it

Order and tax records are retained for seven years as Canadian tax law requires. Account information is kept while your account is open. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw marketing consent at any time, or request deletion of your account subject to our legal retention obligations. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site runs over TLS. Passwords are stored using modern one-way hashing and are never recoverable in plain text. Access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it to do their job.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep your cart and login working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
