1. Research use only

All products sold by Viva Peptides are supplied strictly as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research and analytical purposes. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not approved by Health Canada for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

2. Purchaser eligibility

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (19 where applicable in your province), that you are a qualified purchaser acquiring these materials for lawful research, and that you will not administer them to humans or animals. You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of anything you purchase.

3. No medical advice

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, veterinary or professional advice. Product descriptions summarise published research literature for informational purposes only and must not be read as a claim of efficacy or safety. We do not provide dosing guidance and will decline requests for it.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable federal and provincial taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping province. We may correct pricing errors and may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe the terms above are not being met. Where we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Zūm Rails, a third-party Canadian payment provider. Card details are captured inside their PCI-DSS-compliant environment; we do not receive, process or store full payment credentials. Your use of that checkout is additionally subject to Zūm Rails' own terms.

6. Shipping and risk

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier to the address you supplied. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or incorrect address details entered at checkout.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viva Peptides' total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including any arising from misuse of a product.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, imagery, branding and layout — is the property of Viva Peptides and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time you place an order governs that order.
