Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a synthetic 39-amino-acid peptide engineered to act simultaneously at three incretin and metabolic receptors: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. Store lyophilised vials at 2–8 °C. After reconstitution, refrigerate and use within 30 days.
