About Hexarelin

Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide GH-releasing peptide. Alongside the GHS-R1a activity it shares with other GHRPs, hexarelin also binds CD36, which has drawn separate research attention in cardiovascular models.

Research context

Investigated for GH release potency relative to GHRP-2 and GHRP-6, and independently for CD36-mediated effects in cardiac tissue models.

Reconstitution

This product is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted before use. Let the vial reach room temperature, wipe both septa with an alcohol pad, then add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the cake — peptides are shear sensitive.
