This blend combines ipamorelin, a highly selective growth hormone secretagogue receptor agonist, with CJC-1295 (without DAC), a GHRH analogue. The two act on complementary pathways, which is why they are so often studied together rather than in isolation.
Blended by mass, lyophilised together, and assayed as a finished vial rather than as two separate inputs.
The pairing is used to examine synergy between GHRH-receptor and GHS-receptor stimulation, pulse amplitude versus pulse frequency, and the selectivity of ipamorelin with respect to cortisol and prolactin.
This product is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted before use. Let the vial reach room temperature, wipe both septa with an alcohol pad, then add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the cake — peptides are shear sensitive.
Swirl gently until dissolved. Never shake. The solution should be clear and free of particulates.
Store lyophilised at 2–8 °C. Reconstituted: refrigerate, use within 30 days.
