CJC-1295 without DAC — also catalogued as Modified GRF (1-29) — carries four amino acid substitutions that resist enzymatic degradation while retaining GHRH receptor affinity. Without the drug affinity complex, its half-life stays short, which researchers prefer when studying pulsatile rather than sustained signalling.
Used to model physiological GH pulse patterns and as a comparator against DAC-conjugated versions when half-life is the variable of interest.
This product is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted before use. Let the vial reach room temperature, wipe both septa with an alcohol pad, then add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the cake — peptides are shear sensitive.
Swirl gently until dissolved. Never shake. The solution should be clear and free of particulates.
Store lyophilised at 2–8 °C. Reconstituted: refrigerate, use within 30 days.
