Bacteriostatic Water

This product is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted before use. Let the vial reach room temperature, wipe both septa with an alcohol pad, then add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the cake — peptides are shear sensitive.

Swirl gently until dissolved. Never shake. The solution should be clear and free of particulates.

Store at room temperature, away from direct light. Use within 28 days of first puncture.

Because our products are lyophilised, they remain stable during ambient shipping for several months. For long-term storage, keep unopened lyophilised vials at −20 °C or colder and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day in plain, unbranded packaging. Standard shipping is 2–5 business days and free on orders over $200; Xpresspost Priority arrives in 1–2.

We cannot accept returns of opened vials. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or short of its stated specification, contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it.
